Norris Acura's top priority is the safety of our customers and our team. Under the guidance of the State of Maryland and Federal Guidance on the Essential Critical Infrastructure, our service and parts operations will remain open with adjusted hours. Our sales operations will be by appointment only (web, chat, phone) during this time with adjusted hours as well. 

Our dealership remains open, and we are closely following guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and other state and local agencies regarding prevention and preparedness.
 

We are taking the following steps:
  • Increased our cleaning efforts on accessible surface areas
  • Reinforced personal health and safety guidelines for employees
  • Increased supplies and accessibility for hand-washing and sanitizing stations within showrooms and service reception areas
We also have launched the Extra Mile Assistance Program for new vehicle purchases and service and parts customers with the following amenities:
